Notice is hereby given that the 42nd Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Friday 25th August 2023 at 12:00 noon through video conference (VC) / other audio visual means (OAVM) without the physical presence of the Members at a common venue in compliance with General Circular No. 20/2020 dated May 5 2020 read with General Circular No. 14/2020 dated April 8 2020 Circular No. 17/2020 dated April 13 2020 Circular No. 2/2022 dated May 05 2022 and General Circular No. 10/2022 dated December 28 2022 issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (collectively referred as "MCA Circulars") and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations to transact the businesses set out in the notice convening the meeting. The proceedings of the AGM shall be deemed to be conducted at the Registered Office of the Company which shall be the deemed venue of the AGM.
