Excel Glasses: Outcome of Board Meeting

This is to inform that Suspended Board of Directors and Mr. Ravindra Chaturvedi (appointed as Resolution Professional vide Order pronounced dated. 26.03.2019 and Order receipt dated 27.03.2019 passed by Honble NCLT Chennai Bench for conducting CIRP in the matter of Excel Glasses Limited) has today considered Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2019.

In this connection please find enclosed herewith a copy of the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2019 along with Limited Review report on Standalone financials as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.

The Board Meeting was commenced on August 13 2019 at 15:30 and concluded on 16:30.
