Bharti Hexacom: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Appointment of Statutory Auditor/s

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Board has approved today the appointment of S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company from conclusion of 32nd AGM to be held in calendar year 2027.
