Ashima: Board Meeting Outcome for Appointment Of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) And Key Managerial Personnel - Disclosure Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015

We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Saturday February 28 2026 has approved the appointment of Mrs. Vanita Mathur as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act 2013 read with the rules made thereunder and Regulation 6 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 with effect from March 1 2026.
