Competent Automobiles Company: Closure of Trading Window

In terms of the Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of the Company ("Code") as applicable to the "Designated Persons " the "Trading Window" shall remain closed from Wednesday the 1st October 2025 till the forty-eight hours after the announcement of the financial results of the company for the second quarter and half year ending on 30th September 2025.
