We would like to inform you that in pursuant to Schedule B to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)Regulations 2015 as amended read with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code ofConduct for Practices and Procedures Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI) theTrading Window of the Company shall remain closed for trading in companys securities by DesignatedPersons Connected Persons as defined in the aforesaid Code of Conducts and immediate relative thereof from01st October 2025 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the Half yearended 30th September 2025.
