Unitech International: Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP)-Outcome of meeting of Committee of Creditors

This is pursuance of Regulation 30 of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015 read with sub-clause 16(g) of Clause A of Part A of Schedule-III we wish to inform you that 6th COC meeting of Unitech International Ltd was duly conducted on Monday 02.03.2026 at 4 P.M. The outcome of the meeting are mentioned bellow:1. To consider and discuss appointment of Legal counsel for CIRP- Resolution deferred to next COC meeting.2. To discuss and approve the appointment of PCS firm for statutory and secretarial compliance during CIRP- Resolution deferred to next COC meeting.3. To ratify approve the expenses incurred by the RP as per Regulation 34 0f IBBI(CIRP) Regulation 2016- Resolution deferred to next meeting.4. To consider and approve addendum in Form-G issued on 17.01.2026- Resolution passed with 100% votes.Kindly take note of the same.
