Deep Polymers Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/12/2021 inter alia to consider and approve 1. Allot 2 00 000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each be issued at a price not less than Rs. 129/- to Mr. Rameshbhai Patel (100000 Equity Shares) and Ms. Ashaben Patel (100000 Equity Shares).
2. Allot 10 90 000 warrants convertible into 10 90 000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each be issued at a price not less than Rs. 129/- to non-Promoters on a preferential basis.
3. To consider and approve any other business transactions.
