The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on today, considered, approved and adopted the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March 2018 in compliance of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015.
Please find enclosed herewith the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2018 in the prescribed format in terms of requirement of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, as considered and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company for your kind perusal and records.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company commenced at 6.00 P.M and concluded at 7.40 P.M.
