Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 and in accordance with the Code of conduct to regulate monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons please note that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for the Designated Persons(as defined in the Code) from 1st April 2026 for the purpose of consideration of Audited Financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026.The Trading Window shall open after 48 hours of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026 becomes generally available.The date of meeting of Board of Directors to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026 shall be communicated in due course of time.Kindly take the above in your record.
