Prism Informatics: Board Meeting on Sept 16, 2016 (to consider Rights Issue)

Prism Informatics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 16, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following business:

- Offer and issue equity shares to the existing share holders of the Company as on a record date, on a right basis (?Right Issue?) and to fix terms and conditions of the Right Issue, including the issue price, issue size, right entitlement ratio, fractional entitlement and record date for determining eligibility of the shareholders to whom the equity shares are to be issued under the Right Issue subject to, amongst other things, requisite sanctions and approvals.
