Pursuant to regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 the cut-off date for determining the eligibility of shareholders to exercise the remote e-voting rights and e-voting at AGM is Tuesday 23rd September 2025. Pursuant to Regulation 44 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2025 the remote e-voting period for 37th Annual General Metting shall commence on Saturday September 27 2025 at 09:00 a.m.to Monday September 29 2025 at 05:00 p.m.
