Inducto Steel: Board Meeting-Outcome of Board Meeting

Board of Directors of the Company has, in its meeting held today i.e. on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at the registered office of the Company situated at 156, Maker Chambers VI, 220, Jamnalal Bajaj Marg, Nariman Point, Mumbai- 400021, inter alia considered and approved the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2018 ("Audited Financial Results").

The said meeting concluded at 04:45 p.m.

Further, in reference to the above intimation and pursuant to the applicable provisions of SEBI Listing Regulations, please find enclosed herewith:
a.the Audited Financial Results;
b.Auditors Report dated May 30, 2018, issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company w.r.t. the Audited Financial Results and taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company; and
c.Declaration on behalf of the Company w.r.t. issuance of an Audit Report by the Statutory Auditor of the Company with unmodified opinion on the Audited Financial Results.
