Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III to the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that Ms Sangeeta Chief Financial Officer wef 16.03.2019 and Ms Akansha Rawat Company Secretary-cum-Compliance Officer wef 16.03.2019 have tendered their resignations.
Further the Company is in the process of appointing new Person as the Company Secretary-cum- Compliance Officer and Chief Financial Officer subject to the approval of the Board of Directors under section 203 of the Companies Act 2013 and Rule 8 of Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules 2014.
