In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated persons of the Company shall remain closed; from 04th April 2019 till 48 hours from the date of declaration of results for the quarter /year ended 31st March 2019.
