We are submitting the revised financial results for the quarter ended June 30 2025 which were reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors on August 14 2025. The revision is being filed with the Stock Exchange in compliance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.The revision is necessitated due to an inadvertent error in the financial results filed earlier where Administrative and Other Expenses were inadvertently omitted resulting in incorrect total expenses and profit figures. Upon discovering the error we are voluntarily filing the revised financial statements to ensure accuracy and transparency.We regret the oversight and request you to take note of the revised financial results and update your records accordingly.
