Ankur Drugs & Pharma: Postponement of Scheduled Meetings of Equity Shareholders, Secured Creditors, Unsecured and other Creditors, FCCB holders and Depositors of the Company

Ankur Drugs and Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that :

'FCCB holders had filed a petition challanging the scheme of arrangement proposed by the Company before the Honble High Court of the judicature of Bombay.

The Honble High Court of the judicature of Bombay vide their order dated May 21, 2013 has stayed thee holding of the meeting of Equity Shareholders, Secured Creditors, Unsecured and other Creditors, FCCB holders and Depositors of Ankur Drugs and Pharma Ltd scheduled for Wednesday the 22nd May, 2013 and Friday the 24th May, 2013, respectively till further orders.'
