Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 please find enclosed the Register of Duplicate Share Certificate as received from M/s Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd. Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company. Further pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25 2022 a letter of confirmation will be issued to the shareholder upon completion of necessary procedures.
