The prior intimation made under Regulation 29 of the SEBI Listing Regulations on February 03 2026 and Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today (Friday) i.e. February 14 2026 has inter-alia: - 1. Considered and Approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31 2025. (the Results) along with the Limited Review Report;In the above context we are enclosing the following documents: - i. Copy of the financial results as recommended and reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors. ii. Copy of the Limited Review Audit Report as received from our Statutory Auditors Banka & Banka on the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results.
