Please note that as per the recommendation made by the Audit Committee the Board of Directors of the Company at their duly convened meeting held on today i.e. 11th August 2021 inter alia has taken on record and approved the Standalone as well as Consolidated Unaudited Financial results of the Company for the First quarter ended 30th June 2021.
A copy of the said Unaudited financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June 2021 along with Statutory Auditors unmodified Limited Review Reports are enclosed for your information and record as per Annexure-A.
