JBF Industries Ltd has informed BSE that in the meeting of Buyback Committee of Directors, held on September 27, 2013, had approved extinguishment of 54,81,200 equity shares of the Company, resulting into reduction of equity share capital from Rs. 70,77,33,010 to Rs. 65,29,21,010 and also approved closure of buyback of equity shares.
