ICRA: Compliances-Reg. 39 (3) - Details of Loss of Certificate / Duplicate Certificate

Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of ICRA Limited has on February 4 2023 after complying with the required formalities including under the SEBI Circular has issued a Letter of Confirmation in lieu of duplicate share certificate to the concerned shareholder.
