This is to inform that BSE Limited vide letter No. LOD/PREF/SV/123/2025-2026 dated October 10 2025 has granted Trading approval for 35 000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each issued at a premium of Rs. 82/- per share bearing Distinctive Numbers from 30708444 to 30743443 issued to Non-Promoter on preferential basis pursuant to conversion Warrants.
