Petronet LNG: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Analyst / Investor Meet - Intimation

This is with reference to our intimation dated 2nd February 2026 regarding the notice of Board Meeting inter-alia to consider and approve unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine-months ended 31st December 2025. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform that post-results Conference Call of the Company has been scheduled on Friday 13th February 2026 at 1100 hrs (IST) as per the details contained in Annexure- 1 attached herewith.
