Rishiroop Rubber International Ltd has informed BSE that Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 29, 2015, to consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March
31, 2015.

Further in accordance with Company?s code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in company? shares WILL remain closed for all designated employees including the Directors of the company from May 22, 2015 till 24 hours after the announcement of financial results of the company i.e., May 30, 2015.
