This is to inform you that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the allotment 172484 equity shares of the face value of Rs 1/- each to be eligible employees of the company upon exercise of the option vested with them under the ZLL ESOP 2010- Amended 2015(ESOP Policy) at an exercise price of Rs. 3.83/- each
