Shree Bhawani Paper Mills: Board Meeting To Be Held On 12Th August, 2017 & Closure Of Trading Window

We hereby inform you,that,the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 12th August, 2017 to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2017.
Further, in terms of Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2017 for all Designated persons including Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and designated employees of the Company from 4h August, 2017 and shall remain closed upto 16th August, 2017 (both days inclusive).
