In compliance with Regulation 33(3) of SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 we are enclosing with this letter Provisional Financial Results (Un-audited) for the half year ended on 30th September 2019 (H-I) for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2020 together with Statement of Assets & Liabilities Cash Flow Statement and Limited Review Report by Statutory Auditors.
