Pan India Corporation: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in RTA

This is to inform you that Electronic Connectivity of Depositories viz. NSDL & CDSL has been shifted from Abhipra Capital Limited to Nivis Corpserve LLP w.e.f. 25.07.2025 Vide their letters dated 24.07.2025 & 25.07.2025 respectively.Further in terms of Regulation 7 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 tripartite Agreement between Company Old RTA & New RTA will be executed in due course & shall be intimated to Stock Exchange within the Statutory timelines from the date of entering into the Agreement.
