Premier Energies: Reg. 34 (1) Annual Report.

Notice convening the 31st Annual General Meeting (Notice) and the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2025-26 are being sent through electronic mode to all the members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company /Registrar and Transfer Agent / Depositories. Notice and Annual Report are attached and the same are also available on the Companys website. Further pursuant to Regulation 36(1)(b) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 a letter providing the web-link of the Annual Report being sent to those members whose email ids are not registered with the Company /Registrar and Transfer Agent / Depositories is also attached and available on the Companys website.
