Gajra Bevel Gears: Closure of Trading Window

We would like to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 read with BSE circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April 2019 the window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1st July 2021 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended on 30th June 2021.
All the Directors KMPs Designated Employees connected persons fiduciary & their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the shares of the Company either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period.
Since the company is undergoing CIRP hence the powers of the board are suspended and no board meeting can be called. However the RP Mr. Navin Khandelwal will approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June 2021 and will be informed in due course.
