Archies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 16, 2013, inter alia, has recommended Final Dividend @ 20% (equivalent to Rs. 0.40) Per Equity share of (Face value of Rs. 2/- each) for the period 2012-13, subject to approval of shareholders in AGM.
