Gennex Laboratories- Partly Paid up Equity Shares (Rights Issue): 01St (First) Reminder For First And Final Call Money Of Gennex Laboratories Limited

This has reference to our intimation dated November 04 2022 wherein we had informed the exchange that the Company had received the successful and valid call money on 3 47 40 043 Partly Paid Up Equity Shares out of 5 25 06 534 Partly Paid Up Equity Shares representing around 66.16% of the amount due on First and Final Call and consequently there was transition of 3 47 40 043 Partly Paid-Up Equity Shares in to fully paid-up equity shares and 1 77 66 491 Partly Paid-up Shares remained unpaid First and Final Call Money.The Right Issue Committee ("Committee") duly authorized by the Board of Directors of the Company approved sending of a 1st Reminder Notice for payment of First and Final Call amount of Rs.4.50/- per partly-up equity share to the holders of such partly paid-up equity shares on which the First and Final Call remains unpaid.This disclosure is being made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
