Volant Textile Mills: Board Meeting on May 31, 2013

Volant Textile Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 31, 2013, inter alia:

1. To consider and approve Audited Financial Results for quarter ended March 31, 2013.

2. To discuss the working of the Company.

3. To Place and consider the order issued by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai for the A.Y. 2004-05 and A.Y. 2008-09.

4. To place and consider the Appeal Order issued by the Office of the Commissioner of Income-Tax (Appeals) for the A.Y. 2006-07.

5. To approve the resolution passed by circulation on May 21, 2013 to acquire the office premises on leave and license for the Company.

6. To pass the resolution for change of Registered Office of the Company within the City.

7. To place the letter received from MPCB towards consent to operate and manufacture the Grey Fabrics for a period up to March 31, 2014.
