Rajasthan Gases: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change of Company Name

In continuation to our earlier communication dated 14th August 2025 9th September 2025 and 27th September 2025 pursuant to Regulations 30 and 45 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015 (LODR Regulations) we wish to inform you that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Office of the Central Processing Centre has issued a new certificate of Incorporation on 3rd November 2025 certifying that the name of the Company be changed from Rajasthan Gases Limited to Rajasthan Securities Limited with effect from 3rd November 2025. Company is in the process of making application to BSE for taking approval from BSE also.
