Harita Seating Systems Ltd has informed BSE that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company (the board) held
on February 06, 2018 has declared a second interim dividend, for the financial year ending March 31, 2018, at the rate of Rs. 4/- per share (40%) on 77,69,040 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up, absorbing a sum of Rs. 310.76 Iakhs.
The second interim dividend declared will be paid on or after February 20, 2018.
