National Plywood Industries: Board Meeting Intimation for Convening Of An Urgent Board Meeting At A Shorter Notice

NATIONAL PLYWOOD INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 01/02/2020 inter alia to consider and approve This is to inform you that an urgent meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday the 1st day of February 2020 at 12.30 p.m. at the Corporate Office of the Company inter-alia to consider and approve the following businesses:
1. To discuss regarding the Honble Supreme Courts order dated 20.01.2020 and Honble NCLT Guwahati Bench order dated 28.01.2020.

2. To discuss regarding the operations of the Company post the CIRP process and to consider necessary ammendments to the website of the Company.

3. To appoint Mr. Arun Jhunjhunwala Chartered Accountant as an Independent Director of the Company for a period of five years with effect from 1st February 2020.

4. Any other business with the permission of Chair.
