Birlasoft Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/11/2019 inter alia to consider and approve This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday November 8 2019 at 11:30 a.m. at Birla Tower New Delhi inter alia to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company along with the Limited Review Report for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2019.
Further as intimated earlier vide letter dated October 1 2019 the trading window closure period has commenced from October 1 2019 and will end after 48 hours from declaration of Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2019.
