We would like to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on Saturday 14th February 2026 at the registered office of the Company and the following matters was discussed:Pursuant to regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 14th February 2026 has inter-alia considered and approved the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31 2025. Transaction with Related Party in the ordinary course of business under Section 188 of the Companies Act 2013. The copy of aforesaid Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results along with Limited Review Reports for the quarter ended December 31 2025 as submitted by the Auditors of the Company are enclosed herewith. The meeting of Board of Directors of the Company held on 14th February 2026 commenced at 1:00 PM and concluded at 3:35 PM.
