Cemindia Projects: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Date of payment of Dividend

Pursuant to Regulations 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on 25/05/2023 have Recommended payment of dividend @ Re.0.75/- per equity share on 17 17 87 584 equityshares ofRe. 1/- each (75% ) for the financial period ended 3pt March 2023 subject to the approval of the shareholders.The dividend if declared at the 45th AGM to be held on 28/08/2023 will be paid on 15/09/2023 to members whose names appear in the Companys Register of Members on 28th August 2023 as under:(i) To the Members holding shares in dematerialization form dividend will be paid to the beneficial owners of the shares whose names appear in the Register and Index of BeneficialOwners as on close of business hours of 21/08/2023 as per details furnished by the Depositories .(ii) To the Members holding shares in physical form dividend will be paid as at close of business hours on 21/08/2023.
