1. To consider, approve and sign the Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet for the year ended March 31, 2013.
2. To consider appropriation of Profit and recommendation of Dividend, if any.
3. To consider draft of Director?s report for the year ended March 31, 2013.
4. To approve the draft Notice of Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company and to fix the date for holding the same.
5. To decide the date(s) for book closing.
