IKF Finance: Clarification

With reference to Increase in Price, IKF Finance Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under:

'we confirm that we do not have any information / announcement about the company which may have bearing on the price / volume behavior in the scrip.

The Company has always been compliant of Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement and furnished all such information to the Exchange in a very timely manner.

Please further note that the price of the scrip is not in control of the company.'
