WEP Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 02, 2015, inter alia, have discussed and approved the following:
1. Appointment of Ms. Sujata Arvind Lele, Company Secretary as the Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. November 03, 2015.
2. Grant of 2,40,000 Options at an exercise price of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) per share to eligible employees under the Employee Stock Option Plan 2011.
