The Board of Directors at their meeting held today on Monday, 14th August, 2017 has:
1. Approved Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended on 30th June, 2017 and considered the Limited Review Report issued by statutory Auditor.
A copy of the Un-Audited Financial Result of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2017 and the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditor thereon are enclosed herewith.
2. Appointed M/s. Paresh Rupabhinda & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as Internal Auditors of the Company in place of M/s. D.M.J. & Company, Chartered Accountants for the Financial Year 2017-18.
The Board meeting commenced at 11.30 a.m. and concluded at 12.45 p.m.
