Dollex Industries: Closure of Trading Window

As per companys code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading, pursuant to the securities of Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2017 for all the officers and Designated Employees(including Directors) of the Company from 8th November,2017 till 17th November, 2017. i.e. 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges(both days inclusive).
