We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Friday 13th February 2026 has inter alia considered and approved the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. Accordingly we enclose herewith a copy of the said financial results as reviewed by the Audit Committee along with the Limited Review Report for the said period issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The Board Meeting commenced at 05.00 p.m. and concluded at 05:40 p.m.
