Hawkins Cookers: Closure of Trading Window

As per the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading in the Shares of the Company by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window will be closed from October 1 2025 to November 6 2025 both days inclusive. The same has been informed to all the Designated Persons of the Company.
