The company has fixed revised Record as 26th June 2021 as per the directions given by National stock Exchange of India vide email dated 18th June 2021.
The purpose of the ascertaining name of the Shareholders whose shares shall stand reduced and extinguished pursuant to the Resolution Plan approved by the Honble National Company Law Tribunal Hyderabad Bench Vide its order dated 31st July 2019.
The outstanding equity share capital of the company as on date 22 02 54 319 will be reduced to 5 50 64 000 shares (about 25% of existing shares remaining 16 51 90 319 shares (about 75% of existing shares) will be issued and allotted to new promoters strategic investors and associates.
