We refer to our intimation dated July 25 2025 to the Stock Exchanges in accordance with Regulation 31A (8)(a) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations whereby we informed that we are in receipt of requests for reclassification of the shareholding from Promoter and Promoter Group category to Pubic category under the provisions of the said Regulation from each of the following shareholders of the Company:
