Starlog Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Companys Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the year ended on March 31, 2016.
Further, pursuant to the Companys 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading', the Trading Window for trading in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for the directors and other employees covered under the Code from the closure of business hours of May 01, 2016, to the closure of business hours on June 01, 2016.
